i am a light-skinned african american women. I have a facial hair problem mainly on my neck. from years of plucking, nair, and waxing i have little dark spots on my neck. is there something over the counter or a home remedy that can lighten or get rid of these embarrassing spots?

I think that u should talk to a dermatologist. Applying things to it may just worsen the problem...

You should put vitamin E oil on it and take the vitamin E vitamin.....Its usually heals things like this. Even soft scars that you've had for a while.

You could try lazer hair removal, expensive or ask a doctor to give you this cream called Vaniqa. I had to pay around 40 a tube which lasts about 6-8 weeks but over time it makes the hair grow back thinner and thinner. You have to use it everyday.
