i used a hot comb for my hair and it wont stay straight so i used the wide flat irons and it still wont stay straight.alot of people tell me that i need to use the skinny flat irons.is that true? and is there anything i can doto get my hair straight for now..........i'm african american

it depends do you have a relaxer in your hair? i was having the same problem with my hair i have a relaxer. i had problems with frizz. until i upgraded to a better flat iron. it was 80 dollars from conair nano silver. even though there are alot more expensive ones out there, this one works just fine for me. i also use kemi oil to straighten my hair with my flat iron.

I recommend any hair straightner from bedhead. i have the blue one. 1.5". it was 70 dollars.
