Shaving/hair removal?

ok so i am an african american girl..i have hair literally every where on my body [arms legs underams hands back face] u name it.i shave ALMOST everyday and the hair seems as if it grows back the same day but when i shave theres still little black dots on my legs..so it looks as if i didnt shave at all...like hair is still there...WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP THIS

Shaving/hair removal?

try and go for waxing, for ur arms underarms and legs. over a period of time the growth will reduce this is like in 6 months , but at least that way it will gradually only decrease.

ur having under growth on the legs thats way the black spots. this is wat happens when the hair isn't removed from the root.

or u can get urself an epilator. ur face the best option is to get laser hair removal treatment since even bleaching the facial hair won't help i ur case. and for ur upperlips get threading done.

shaving only increases hair growth and the hair becomes thicker too so overall a really bad option.

Shaving

Shaving/hair removal?

don't shave it!

don't you know that when you shave something it just comes back super fast!

Shaving/hair removal?

go get a waxing treatment from your local salon

Shaving/hair removal?

use laser hair removal

Shaving/hair removal?

ummmm ur icon doesnt look african american. Any way get it waxed or go to a dermatologist they will know wat 2 do.

Shaving/hair removal?

I had a couple of unwanted hairs on my face and I tried laser hair removal. It taook a few sessions but it worked. Maybe you can try that for the more embarssing areas like the face but it could get expensive for the rest of your body. Have you tried a proffessional wax? At least you won't have stubble marks. ''i knowq it's tough girl, good luck

Shaving/hair removal?

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHAVE!!!!

hair removal cream and if you feel lazy and fancy treating yourself, get waxed

Shaving/hair removal?

=O

ooh that really sucks

uhm i can shave and then i can wait for like 2-3 days until i shave again. =]

Shaving/hair removal?

waxing is best i think it lasts longer! but maybe becuz ur dark skinned? the hair follicle is darker so thats why you have the little black dots? my friend is white skinned but has balck hair and her legs have the same little dots on it but since she started waxing they dont seem 2 appear as much

good luck =D

Shaving/hair removal?

Don't get a wax, use a guy's razor. Them seem to work better than a girl's. On cold days, or if the water is cold don't shave, just wear pants.

Shaving/hair removal?

I was having the same problem and being lightskinned its noticeable! Since I have a young child I can't really go get waxed I had to find home solutions. Waxing is easy for your legs and you can buy strips with the wax already on them. But if you like shaving instead of a razor try Veet bladeless razor. It lasts longer and makes skin really soft and smooth. Hope this helps!!!!

Shaving/hair removal?

shaving ur hair even if you do it everyday will always make you have those little dots that you say, sometimes they are black, sometimes they are reddish, they are called ingrowths.

to avoid these ingrowths, before you shave, try putting on some shaving cream for women.. or better yet, use a waxing cream..

there are a lot of waxing and shaving creams for women. in the packagings of these products, look at the period of time when hair will start growing back.

usually, for shaving creams it takes 3-5 days before the hair grows back. for waxing creams it takes 1-2 weeks.

however, if you really want to take those hair off and never bother shaving again, consider having a laser treatment.

Shaving/hair removal?

plz do not shave your arms eva!! I've experienced a bad outcome of it-now I haf hair on back part of my arm which I neva had before I shaved arms just twice!!

waxing is the best bet.. u'll see hair reducing in thickness and growth if you continually wax[like do it once a week for sometime n again, increase the gap]

good luck!

Shaving/hair removal?

shaving is bad.......get them waxed.....with time the hair will get soft as well.
