First of all you shouldn't keep using so many products, that can dry your hair out, also its not good to wash your hair everyday cuz it takes vitamins outta your hair. I would find 1 good product for frizziness and just use that for a while, and see how it works, if it doesn't then ask a stylist what to use.

You really need to take it easy on your hair for a while. If you want it helathy again you have to go a while without doing things to it. I mean anything. The hairspray is making it worse. Keep doing the deep conditioning treatments. Make sure your hairdresser is using one of the warm conditioning treatments. Ask her to also add some color but with a really low volume (like 10). Just wash and air dry. Also, it's not good to keep your hair wrapped in a towel, especially if it's damaged. It just causes breakage. Use the towel to sqeeze the water out, but that's it. Good Luck!

With your type of hair you might consider using alcohol free products.

Try using Paul Brown Diamond Heads. It's a light oil for hair. I have fine curly hair and it works great. Tames frizz without weighing down too much. After using that put on some gel or mousse (alcohol free of course). Stay away from hairspray. The gel/mousse should keep you in place.

Don't wash your hair every day, but condition every day. Redken Butter Treat is a great heavy conditioner. Kind of expensive and comes in a rather small tube, but works great.

If your hair is past your shoulders I'd recommend cutting off maybe a couple inches and use leave in conditioner, biolage has a really good one that doesn't make hair really oily. There conditioning shampoo works really well to.
