STOP USING PERMS AND STOP DYING YOUR HAIR. PRESSING YOUR HAIR IS GOOD IT LETS YOUR HAIR RELAX FROM CHEMICALS PRESSING MAD MY HAIR GROW REAL LONG IF YOU KEEP IT UP

Problems with african american perming?

first well if you perm your hair wait 6 weeks to 2 months before you get another perm. then wait 3 weeks to get it dyed. it would really help if you didnt get it dyed but a rinse instead that can cause major damage. If you want to press your hair it will still brake unless you use pantene removal time or other black products. well i use sulfur8 too that makes your hair very thick so you might need to use the hair lotion sulfur8. Well i wouldnt prefer singles because it puts strain on your hair also causing damage. Most likely you should keep hair washed, conditued, and wrapped(hair wrapped if you dont know) but do not comb hair brush it into a wrap. Then style everyday as you want but not braids.
