Stress is causing my hair to come out?

It's just like the back is really thin, and I'm sick of it. Everytime I get really stressed out it comes out. My hair's not all that strong as it is. I'm african american. Do you know of any hair formulas that will help my hair grow back? Shampoo or grease? Anything? I'm soooo sick of this.

Stress is causing my hair to come out?

NIOXIN hair thickening system works the best for thickening/hair growth. At the hairsalon i work at its around $40, so its a tad pricey but all of my clients that have tried it loved it, plus i can even see the difference, its worth the price.

Stress is causing my hair to come out?

yes, nioxin is hands down the best product for this purpose-it was invented for cancer patients and it works wonders on those with hair as well. also i would start taking the recharging complex vitamins that are also by nioxin. totally worth it! your body and hair will thank you

Stress is causing my hair to come out?

First of all, if you keep stressing your hair will just continue to fall out. But here are a couple of tips that're bound to work for your hair...

- You need to tie your hair up at night with a satin scarf or use a satin pillow case... The reason for that is because the cotton from your pillow cases can suck all of the moisture out of your hair, cause it to become brittle and break.

- Over processing your hair will also cause it to break. Try to stretch it, stretching it is basically going longer without getting a perm. Shoot for 8 weeks, but if you can go longer, do so.

- When you get your next perm, or when you wash your hair next time... TRIM YOUR SPLIT ENDS.

- Wash your hair every week, and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use leave in conditioner, it'll help your hair retain moisture which it needs. Lack of moisture will cause your hair to break.

- Let your hair AIR DRY! Letting your hair air dry, will reduce the damage done to your air. Too much heat can dry your hair out and cause it to break.

- Moisturize DAILY! I moisturize my hair, once in the morning and again before bed, mainly focusing on the ends. Try not to get products that contain mineral oil or petroleum... It you do, don't use it on your scalp and use it sparingly.

- Deep condition WEEKLY... Some say once a month, but I do so weekly because it helps retain moisture.

- Do a hot oil treatment every 2 weeks

I use Pantene's Relaxed and natural moisturizing shampoo and conditioner... I use Creme of Nature products and I sometimes moisturize with leave-in conditioner.
