first of all i am a licensed cometologist.you are african american right?stop washing your hair so much..secondly the breaking is coming from not enough moisture in the hair it's dry.get a fermydol from your local beauty supply store.then get you a pantene pro -v relaxed and natural conditioner and hair oil treatment.use a silk scarf at night.get your ends clipped regularly.keep it wraped.your hair will get stronger.if none of this help then get it cut....

Aloe Vera,is a good remedy for dry hair. It is obtained from the leaves of the Aloe Vera plant. Break the leaf and squeeze out the liquid inside, apply this liquid to your scalp, keep for about an hour and wash it off . Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.
